Books About Product Development and Technology

Car Guys and Bean Counters (5*) by Bob Lutz (I loved this book in so many ways, I think a lot because of growing up in a GM family and starting out at GM (Delphi was later spun out of GM). I disagree passionately (SAAB and Saturn), and agree wholeheartedly (the many good points on product focus), with a lot of the book and greatly enjoyed reading it.)

Our Final Invention (3*) by James Barrat (at times scary, at times intriguing and thought-provoking. Not as well organised as I would have liked to have rated it higher.)

Setting the Pace in Product Development (2*) by Michael McGrath (one of my Stanford course books, not hugely memorable or insightful)
