Interesting Books About Entrepreneurship and Silicon Valley

Elon Musk: Tesla, SpaceX, and the Quest for a Fantastic Future (4*) by Ashlee Vance (fascinating read with insights into Elon Musk. Having worked in the auto industry as both a supplier and OEM, I had a great laugh on the story at the winter proving grounds where other OEM’s were arguing with suppliers over who was at fault, and Tesla engineers just worked all night in the room to fix it.)

The Monk and the Riddle: The Education of a Silicon Valley Entrepreneur (3*) by Randy Komisar (interesting insights into both entrepreneurship and Silicon Valley)

An Ugly Truth: Inside Facebook’s Battle for Domination (3*) by Sheera Frenkel and Cecilia Kang (this book was described as having shocking insights into Facebook. I didn’t find much shocking, but rather a confirmation what I already knew about the company and suspected about the leaders)

The New New Thing (4*) by Michael Lewis (this is just a hilarious insight into Silicon Valley and both the audacity and braveness that makes the serial entrepreneurs, as it tells the story of Jim Clark who founded several well-known companies to fund his interests)
