The purpose of this is to assess the evolution of team role behavior both for self and observers.  It is excellent insight into strengths and weaknesses, and also gives a good communication tool with others.  
 
This includes 60 min of feedback on the report.  Additional coaching available in 30 min increments at 50% discount.
